Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed cooked squash
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Cook squash, squeeze out excess water. Place squash and addition ingredients in casserole dish. Sprinkle with crackers and bake uncovered 40- minutes at 375.
