Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1/4 c white onion, diced
- 1/2 c plum tomato, diced
- 1/2 c fresh mango, diced
- 1/2 c fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 4 oz lump crabmeat, picked through
- 1 lime, juiced
- Kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Halve and pit the avocados; scoop the flesh into a large bowl and mash.
2. Stir in the onion, tomato, mango, cilantro and jalapeno;fold in the crabmeat. Add the lime juice and season with salt.
