Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 oz. can diced green chiles (drained)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and cayenne to taste
- butter
- parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Butter a casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan.
Combine all ingredients and spread in the prepared dish, sprinkle with more parmesan and dot with butter.
Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees
