Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) ranch-style beans
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) hominy, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
  • 3 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

In large pot, brown ground beef, drain. Drain beans and rinse. Add beans to beef with remaining ingredients. Season to taste and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
