- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds*
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds**
- ice

Step 1
Combine milk, water, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, flax seeds and ice in a blender.
Blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
