Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (16 oz)plus extra to sprinkle over the top
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw potatoes and combine with 1/4 cup melted butter. Add remaining ingredients except stuffing mix. Pour into buttered 9x13 baking dish.
Top with stuffing mix and drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over the top. Sprinkle extra cheese if desired.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
