Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (16 oz)plus extra to sprinkle over the top
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw potatoes and combine with 1/4 cup melted butter. Add remaining ingredients except stuffing mix. Pour into buttered 9x13 baking dish.

Top with stuffing mix and drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over the top. Sprinkle extra cheese if desired.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
