Ingredients
- 2 lb. baby back ribs
- NOH Chinese Sparerib Package
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 T. sugar
- 2 T. oyster sauce
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 1/2 C white wine - divided
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, saving some wine to place in bottom of crockpot
Brush ribs with mixture on both sides, and place in crockpot
Pour wine into bottom of crockpot (do not pour on top of seasoned ribs)
Turn crockpot on low for 8 hours
Every hour, brush ribs with remaining mixture
