Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- lime wedges
- 3 T. white vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Lay the flank steak in a large glass baking dish. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients. Whisk until well blended, then pour over the steak in the dish. Turn over once to coat both sides. Cover with plastic wrap, and marinate for 1 to 8 hours.
Cook meat over med high heat on grill pan that has been oiled for about 7 minutes on each side. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
