Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 lbs box hashbrowns
• 1/2 c chopped onions
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
• 10 oz cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c melted butter
• 1 pt sour cream
• bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions in butter.
Add rest of ingredients.
9x13 pan
Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes
