Ingredients

• 1/2 c. oil
• 2 eggs
• Mix
• 1/4 c. sour crean
• 1 t. soda
• 1 1/2 c. chopped pears
• 1 t. vanilla
• 2 c. flour
• Mix
• 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. cinnamon 2/3 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 grated lemon peel

Loaf pan...350 until toothpick inserted comes out clean
