  • 3 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. parm. cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 heads leaf lettuce washed and cut into small pieces

Step 1

mix ingredients together and shake well til fully mixed
refrigerate til ready to serve

pour over lettuce, toss and add more parm. cheese if desired
