Chicken & Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chopped chicken breasts
  • 1 7 oz box zatarains long grain & wild rice
  • 2 14.5 oz cans French style green beans; drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can water chestnuts or cooked onion
  • Topping
  • 1 sleeve crushed ritz crackers
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except topping. Add topping and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
