Southwest Chicken Soup Recipe from Kelly Minter book "Ruth's Loss, Love and Legacy"

Ingredients

  • Top with:
  • 8oz jar salsa
  • 8oz jar salsa verde
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 15oz can Cannellini beans
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 pkg frozen corn
  • Sour cream, green onions, cilantro, pepperjack cheese, tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine top 8 ingredients and cook on low in crock pot. Top with other ingredients as desired.
