Freezer Basil Balsamic Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6-8 pounds thick-cut pork loin chops
- 1 c olive oil
- 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 3 tsp.. minced garlic
- 3 tsp. dried basil
- 2 1/4 tsp. pepper

Step 1
(Makes three meals for 4 people. may be divided to make one batch.)
To freeze for later. Divide chops among three gallon freezer bags.
Whisk together oil, vinegar, soy sauce,lemon juice, honey. Pour equal portions over chops in bags. Measure 1 tsp. garlic, 1 tsp. basil and 3/4 tsp. pepper into each bag. Seal and freeze.
Thaw completely in refrigerator. Place chops on roasting pan on rack, and broil about 5 inches from heat, turning once, for a total of 15 minutes depending on chop thickness. (internal temperature of 160).
