Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water, warm
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons dry milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- Melt 1 stick, 4 ounces butter in pan for baking (13x9x2)
Preparation
Step 1
Room temperature butter and egg
Mix water, yeast, sugar and salt.
Proof yeast.
Add all ingredients to bread machine and proces on dough settings.
Turn dough out on lightly floured board.
Divide into 16 pieces in round balls
Melt 4 ounces of butter in 13x9x2 pan
Roll the balls of dough in the butter, and arrange in the pan
Allow to rise for 1.5 - 2 hours
Bake at 325 F for 12-15 minutes.
