Ham and Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbls dried minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1-10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
- 2 cups mini penne pasta, cooked & drained
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Topping
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan, combine flour, onion, salt, mustard and pepper. Gradually stir in milk until blended. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened and bubbly. Stir in broccoli, pasta, ham and cheese. Transfer to an ungreased 2-quart baking dish. For topping, combine butter and bread crumbs, sprinkle over mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 30 minutes
