Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 TBS Thousand Island Dressing
  • 2 TBS milk
  • 1 can (6 oz) crab meat, drained, flaked
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 1 TBS chopped fresh parsley
  • Crackers (any type of your choice)

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, dressing and milk in a small bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
Stir in the crab meat, red pepper, lemon juice and parsley; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with crackers.
