Ingredients
- 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 TBS Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 TBS milk
- 1 can (6 oz) crab meat, drained, flaked
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1 TBS chopped fresh parsley
- Crackers (any type of your choice)

Step 1
Beat cream cheese, dressing and milk in a small bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
Stir in the crab meat, red pepper, lemon juice and parsley; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with crackers.
