Ingredients
- 3 T Cajun seasoning, or seafood magic
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 boneless/skinless salmon fillet
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1/4 c orange marmalade
- 1 T lime juice
- lime wedges
Preparation
Step 1
. Combine seasonings and rub into salmon fillets
. Saute' fish in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, turn and cook other side for 2-3 minutes
. Blend lime juice, marmalade, and swirl in skillet until melted, turn fish in the glazed to coat both sides evenly
