Ingredients
- 3 lb shredded hash brown potato
- 3 cans cream of celery or chicken (or 1 or 2 of each)
- 3 cans cream potato soup
- 18 oz carton sour cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- Sauted onion - optional
- Fried bacon chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients into 9x13 baking dish. Bake in oven at 350F. Covered first half/uncovered second half.
