Ingredients

  • 1 scoop rice protein
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 of a frozen banana
  • Almond, flax, or coconut milk
  • Flax or chia seeds or some fiber
  • Apple
  • Spinach
  • Parsley
  • Lemon
