Ingredients

  • Cookie
  • dough
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla.
Add flour and mix until dough forms. Shape into balls and place on cookie
sheet. Indent with thumb in center of each cookie and add ½ teaspoon
raspberry jam. Bake 14 minutes until lightly golden brown. Cool and glaze.
