Ingredients

  • Raspberry Layer:
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c Hershey's cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 c seedless raspberry jam
  • White Layer:
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 1 c white baking chips, melted
  • Chocolate Layer:
  • 3/4 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbs coconut oil

Step 1

Grease 8" baking dish. Line with parchment paper. Melt butter in microwave, stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, slat, baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20-30 mins. Spread jam over warm brownies. In small bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add white chips; beat until smooth. Spread carefully over jam layer. Cool completely. Refrigerate 1 hr or until set. For glaze, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave. Spread over filling. Refrigerate 20 mins. Cut into bars; chill 1 hr longer. Store in refrigerator.
