Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tbs oil
- 5 c monterey jack cheese
- 2/3 c heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 c chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 firm tomatoes, peeled
- Tortilla chips for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in deep pan and saute onions for about 5 mins. Reduce heat to low med and add cheese, cream and peppers. Cook and stir until mixture melts and becomes a creamy sauce. Cut tomatoes in half and scrape out the seeds, slice and stir into sauce. Warm tortilla chips on tray in oven for 10 mins.
