Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- halves (abt 1 1/4 LBS0
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 C italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 jar (26-28-oz) RAGU Old World Style
- Pasta Sauce
- 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese (abt 4oz)
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400
dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs
coating well
in 13x0" glass baking dish, arrange
chicken
bake uncovered 20 min
pour ragu pasta sauce over chicken, then
top w/ cheese
bake an additional 10 min or until
chicken is no longer pink
serve, if desired w/ hot cooked pasta
