Ingredients
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 cube butter
- 1 1/2 + c Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2-1 t garlic salt (to taste)
- 2 small cans sliced mushrooms (drained)
- 1 small pkg of fettuccini noodles

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot boil noodles until cooked.
Place half and half, butter and garlic into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and add Parmesan cheese. Add cheese slowly until desired thickness. Once the desired thickness is achieved, add mushrooms. Serve over cooked noodles.
Serving Suggestions:
You can saute shrimp or chicken breast and serve with this.
