Ingredients

  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 1/2 + c Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2-1 t garlic salt (to taste)
  • 2 small cans sliced mushrooms (drained)
  • 1 small pkg of fettuccini noodles

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pot boil noodles until cooked.
Place half and half, butter and garlic into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and add Parmesan cheese. Add cheese slowly until desired thickness. Once the desired thickness is achieved, add mushrooms. Serve over cooked noodles.

Serving Suggestions:
You can saute shrimp or chicken breast and serve with this.
