Hazelnut Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 lb Mushroom
- 1/4 C chopped Onion
- 1/4 C Butter
- 1 C Hazelnuts chopped
- 1/2 C Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- dash of Tobasco
- dash of Worchestershire
- 1 T Ketchup
- 1 T Lemon juice
- 3 strips Bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems fine. Melt butter in saute pan. Add mushroom stems and onion. Cook 5 min. Mix in remaining ingredients. Stuff Crowns. Garnish with two narrow pieces of bacon. Place under broker 5-6 inches from heat. Broil 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and warmed through.
