  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 9-10 oz package frozen peas & carrots (about 2 cups)
  • 1 10 1/2 - 10 3/4 oz can condensed potato soup
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 7.5 oz package refrigerated biscuits
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Milk
  • Salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add frozen vegetables, soup, chili powder, and water. Bring to boiling. Add salt. Transfer to 2-quart round casserole or baking dish. Quarter biscuit pieces and arrange over filling. Brush biscuits lightly with milk, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
