Ingredients
- 4 large, crisp apples, cut into chunks
- 2 t. sugar
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 T. butter
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Toss apples with sugar and salt. Add butter cut in slivers and cinnamon.
Cover pan tightly and bake 375* about 30 minutes. Remove cover and raise temp. to 500*. Bake until the pan liquid cooks off, about 10 minutes. Stir apples into a chunky mass.
