Ingredients

  • 2 c Biscuit mix
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c half & half
  • 1 c yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Scald cream with butter, add to thoroughly mixed dry ingredients. Mix in eggs. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13" pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to stand several minutes before cutting.
