Ingredients
- 1 c uncooked rice
- 1 c almonds (optional
- 1 c sweet flaked coconut
- 3 c boiling water
- 1 14oz.can of coconut milk
- 1 14oz. can of condensed milk
- 5 c of cold water or more a/n
- 5 c. ice

Preparation
Step 1
. Place rice, almonds, and coconut flakes into a food processor, process until the mixture takes on a consistency of sand
. Pour mix into boiling water and cover and rest overnight
. Strain out rice mix and discard, combine flavored liquid with coconut milk, condensed milk and the cold water, stir together and chill
