Ingredients

  • 1 can corn soup or 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 cups dried stuffing mix
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine soup, celery, onion, paprika and stuffing. In 9" greased pie plate, spoon stuffing mixture. Arrange chops over stuffing mixture, pressing lightly into stuffing. Combine brown sugar and mustard; spread evenly over chops. Bake 30 minutes or until chops are fork tender.
