Peameal Bacon Roast with Balsamic and Honey Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 4- pound peameal bacon
  • 3 tbsp balsamic binegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
Score peameal bacon roast. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Transfer roast to roasting pan with foil.
Roast basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 160 about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Tent with foil andlet stad 15 minutes before slicing.
