- 1 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (southern style, cubed)
- 1 1b. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. mayo
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Toss together. Put into 9X13 buttered dish. Top w/ 1/2 lb. partially cooked crumbled bacon. Bake at 325 for 45 to 60 minutes, uncovered.
