Ingredients
- 2 pkgs frozen broccoli
- 2 skined & boned chicken breasts
- buttered bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
Preparation
Step 1
cook & drain broccoli
put in bottom of buttered casserole
cover w/ chicken
pour sauce over top
top w/ buttered bread crumbs
bake 30-40 min @350
