YUM YUM CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • coconut
  • nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together above ingredients; toss well with a fork until all are mixed well. Pour into ungreased pan (glss dish is best), 9 x 13 inches. Cook 30-40 minutes at 350 F. When done, sprinkle cake with coconut and nuts. Take 1 small can evaporated mile, 1 stick margarine and 3/4 cup sugar; cook until slightly thick. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour over warm cake.
