Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup of each of the following (chopped)
- green pepper
- onion
- tomato
- 1 clove minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Saute vegetables in olive oil. Add ground beef. brown and drain. add salt and pepper, and sprinkle with flour. Add 1 1/2 - 2 cups of beef au jus juice, and a couple dashes of soy sauce.
