White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2/3 brown sugar, packed
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in bowl. In large bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in white chips.

Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes at 350*. Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes then transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
