Ingredients
- 1 pkg (9 1/2-oz) triscuits
- 2 C cubed chicken
- 2 cans (10 3/4-oz each) frozen chopped
- asparagus, thawed & drained
- 1 can (8-oz) sliced water chestnuts,
- drained
- 1 can (8-oz) sliced water chestnuts
- drained
- 1 can (4-oz) mushroom stems & pieces
- drained
- 1/2 C mayo
Preparation
Step 1
break 2/3rs of cracker into bite-size
pieces
place in greased 2 1/2-qt baking dish
top w/ chicken
spread soup over chicken
in lg. bowl, combine asparagus, water
chestnuts, mushrooms & mayo
spoon over soup
crush remaining crackers
sprinkle over top
bake uncovered @350 for 30-40 min or
until heated through
