Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbs minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4-5 med sized dill pickles, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In med bowl combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in onion, salt, parsley and chopped pickles. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with chips or vegetables.
