Ingredients
- 2/3 c butter or margarine, softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1 2/3 c milk
- 2 1/3 c flour
- 1 c cornmeal
- 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cram butter and sugar. Combine eggs and milk. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternating with egg mixture.
Bake in greased 9 x 13" pan at 400 degrees for 22-27 minutes. Check with toothpick.
