ALTHOUGH ANY TYPE OF FISH CAN BE USED FOR THIS DISH, MY PERSONAL FAVORITE IS A WHITE FISH THAT HAS BEEN BREADED, EITHER FRESH OR FROZEN WILL DO

Ingredients
- 4 breaded fillets
- 4 tortillas
- shredded lettuce or cabbage
- fresh salsa
- queso fresca or cotija cheese (optional)
- chopped cilantro leaves
- and any one of the following dressings: avocado mayo, chipotle mayo, green chili and cilantro mayo, or just tartar sauce
- lime wedges

Preparation
Step 1
. Cook the fish
. Warm the tortillas to soften them, or fry the tortillas for extra crispiness
. Fill the taco with a line of dressing the fish, the lettuce and cilantro, salsa, cheese (optional some fish doesn't go with cheese)
. Add a squeeze of fresh lime
