Ingredients

  • 4 breaded fillets
  • 4 tortillas
  • shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • fresh salsa
  • queso fresca or cotija cheese (optional)
  • chopped cilantro leaves
  • and any one of the following dressings: avocado mayo, chipotle mayo, green chili and cilantro mayo, or just tartar sauce
  • lime wedges

Preparation

Step 1

. Cook the fish

. Warm the tortillas to soften them, or fry the tortillas for extra crispiness

. Fill the taco with a line of dressing the fish, the lettuce and cilantro, salsa, cheese (optional some fish doesn't go with cheese)

. Add a squeeze of fresh lime
