Ingredients
- 8 bacon strips, diced
- 4 green onion, sliced
- 8 eggs
- 1 c 2% milk
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 1/2 c shredded monterey jack cheese, divided

Step 1
In lrg skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving 1 tbs drippings. Set bacon aside. Saute onion in drippings until tender; set aside. In lrg bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, seasoned salt, 2 c cheese, bacon and sauteed onions. Transfer to greased shallow 2 qt baking dish. Bake uncovered for 35-40 mins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
