Sour Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • grahm cracker crust
  • Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Topping
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 TBS sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the filling ingredients and pour into the grahm cracker crust.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350.

Remove from oven and top with the sour cream mixture. Bake 5 minutes at 400.

Refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with your favorite fresh fruit or fruit filling.
