Crockpot stew

Ingredients

• 2-2 1/2 # sew meat
• 1 med. onion, chopped
• 6 carrots, 1/2 "pieces"
• 4 ribs celery, 1/2" pieces
• 5 med potatoes "
• 1 28oz. can whole tomatoes..cut up
• 2 10oz. c an beef broth
• 1 1/2 T. worcestershire sauce
• 2 T. dried parsley flakes, 2 bay leaves
• 1 1/2 t. salt, 1/2 t. pepper
• 2 T. cooking tapioca

Preparation

Step 1

Layer in crock pot, cook on low 8-10 hrs.
