- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple, peeled/cut 1/4 thick
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- Powdered Sugar for dusting

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Beat milk, eggs, flour, and 2T sugar
In a large, heavy, oven proof skillet over medium-high hear, melt the butter. Add apples, cinnamon, and 1T sugar. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 or 3 minutes, or until the apples are softened slightly. Remove the pan from the hear. Pour the batter over the apples in the pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pancake is lightly browned and puffy.
Remove the pan from the oven and cut the pancake into wedges. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with syrup on the side.
