Mashed Potato Casserole

• 9 potatoes
• 1/2 cup butter
• 12 oz. cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 tsp. white pepper
• 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1

Cook and mash the potatoes. Beat together the remaining ingredients. Combine with mashed potatoes in a casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees or 10 minutes in a microwave.
