Ingredients

  • 2 large packages Lime Jello
  • 1 cup canned pear juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 large package cream cheese
  • 2 cups diced canned pears
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water, add pear juice and vinegar. Pour half of mixture into loaf pan, chill until firm. Chill remaining mixture until sirupy; whip until fluffy and thick. Add ginger to cream cheese and fold into whipped jello mixture. Fold in pears and pour over top of planin layer of jello. Chill
