Black Bean Hummus
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 TBS tahini
- 2 TBS water
- 2 TBS fresh lime juice
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/2 small jalapeno pepper, seeded

Place 1/2 cup cilantro, tahini, and next 8 ingredients (through jalapeno) in a food processor; process until smooth. Spoon into a bowl; sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Serve with toasted pita wedges or crudites.
