Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2

    TBS tahini

  • 2

    TBS water

  • 2

    TBS fresh lime juice

  • 1

    TBS olive oil

  • 3/4

    tsp ground cumin

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

  • 1

    (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1

    clove garlic, peeled

  • 1/2

    small jalapeno pepper, seeded

Directions

Place 1/2 cup cilantro, tahini, and next 8 ingredients (through jalapeno) in a food processor; process until smooth. Spoon into a bowl; sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Serve with toasted pita wedges or crudites. Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 4 Weight Watchers points.
