Ingredients
- 2 fillets haddock
- 1 bottle Stonewall Kitchens Citrus Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 T. Spice Rub for Steak and BBQ
- Vegetable Oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
Cut each fillet into desired fish stick size
Place in plastic bag and add Teriyaki sauce
Marinate 30 minutes to an hour
Mix bread crumbs with spice rub
Remove fish from plastic bag, roll in bread crumbs
Using a fryer or large pan, heat vegetable oil, carefully drop each fish stick into the oil, cook until coating is golden brown and fish is cooked through, about 3-5 minutes
Place fish on newsprint or paper towel to absorb excess oil
