Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz.) mashed pumpkin
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup Karo syrup (light or dark)
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl with mixer at med., beat together 1st 10 ingredients. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 425° oven 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30-35 minutes longer, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
